Trust is the ultimate result that comes from investing in others. Trust is the glue that holds relationships together. It is not about merely believing in someone, but taking action toward that belief. As a consequence, genuine trust can’t be realized until it’s extended to someone else. Thus, commitment number two: Every day, I will extend trust even before it is earned and assume positive intent of everyone.
